Well the title is pretty self explanitory: it is an image that is fetured for an unspecified amount of time. But that isn't the important bit! The important thing is how the image is presented. Clare Hollocks.com would never do something as boring as simpkly displaying the image: (with the help of Microsoft Live Labs: SeaDragon) you can now pan (move in all directions) zoom in and out. What is Cooliris?
Cooliris is a browser addon (also known as a plugin) that allows you to veiw pictures on the internet in a way unlike anything else. With unprecidented speed and ease of use, Cooliris is a useful extra to any browser. (See below for screenshots)
Do I need any software to make this work?
Yes, and no. Obviously you need a computer and an internet browser (such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari etc.), however if you don't have the Cooliris addon, when you launch the Gallery you will only be able to see a slideshow with very limited capabilities (also depending on you internet connection it may take sometime to load). Because of these reasons, Clare Hollocks.com reccomends you download and install the addon from HERE (Latest Version is Cooliris 1.9)
